Mounts. Okay, this might seem obvious but the Griffon, Roller Beetle, Skyscale and Warclaw mounts are all unlocked through achievement collections. The Griffon requires you to complete Path of Fire, the Skyscale needs access to every Living World Season 4 map and the Roller Beetle starts in the Domain of Kourna.
I've played GW2 for years off and on now but I've only recently hit max level and felt the need to start trying to get into expac content and unlock mounts and all that, as I've enjoyed trying out some of the elite specs during EoD beta and apparently they need a ton of hero points and the best way to get hero points is in expansion zones, from what I've heard.

When going to Kessex Hills from the airship in Gendarran Fields I use the springer to jump on the airship to get extra altitude then switch to the griffon and do a power dive to gain speed to cross the map quick. Using the roller beetle you have to contend with speed drops with ever rise in the terrain, turn, etc.
